Complete the following:

2. Download the application and fill out the hard copy and submit to The Dean of Administration and include payment of $60.00 for fees and other start up costs.

3. Send a transcript request form to each college, university or institute of ministry that you have previously attended. Have them send transcripts to WVCU. (You are responsible for following up with the Dean to determine whether all of your transcripts have been received.)

4. If college transcripts will not be provided, submit one of the following proofs of high school graduation.

A) Diploma
B) G.E.D.
C) Or Equivalent

5. For experienced ministers only: If applying for Life and Ministry Experience (LME) credit, include a LME Application and the $35.00 LME application fee. For a detailed explanation of the LME credit contact the Dean of Administration.
